The International President, also/otherwise referred to as The Skull Executioner, shall:

1. Preside at all meetings of the Norsemen Executive Council;

2. Appoint all Committee members in consultation with the Norsemen Executive Council;

3. Promote the general interests of the Kclub;

4. Ensure that all policies are carried out;

5. Call for and receive reports from all arms of the organisation.
