The International Secretary, also/otherwise referred to as Skull Axeman, shall:

• Ensure the preservation of  constitution and all documents, records. and supplies of De Norsemen Kclub International.

• Ensure that accurate records of all proceedings of  De Norsemen Kclub Inernational and Norsemen Executive Council are maintained;

• Ensure that minutes of the all international conventions are taken and recorded at the secretariat.
