The International Publicity Secretary: Also/otherwise referred to as, The Skull
Eastman, Shall;
A. Ensure re-branding and packaging of the Organizational image;
B. Promote a positive image for the Kclub through reviewing national/International
public relations efforts and standards; serve as the chief communication officer of
the Kclub
C. Ensure all information pertaining to the growth and expansion of De Norsemen
Kclub, is properly interpreted and disseminated;
D. Ensure the development and education of Chapter leadership;
E. Promote the continual education of Chapter officers and aid in the development of
Patrols;
F. Promote communication and unity among zonal Chapters.
